What are Smeltelys?
Smeltelys are just like wax melts. They melt and release fragrance when exposed to heat, for example from a tealight in an oil burner. When the heat is removed, the wax melt solidifies again. Each smeltelys can be used multiple times.
What kind of burner can I use?
We recommend an oil burner. The same type used for essential oils, with a bowl at the top and a tealight beneath. Often referred to as aroma or fragrance burners, and available at stores such as Matas and Søstrene Grene.
How long do Smeltelys last?
The lifespan of a wax melt depends on how it’s used, but each melt typically provides at least 20 hours of fragrance.The wax lasts well beyond that — over 60 hours — so there’s no risk of it burning onto the burner.

We use only ingredients produced in Europe, and never ingredients tested on animals.
